Main Menu (Left Side) #
This vertical menu is where you’ll spend most of your time. Key sections include:
- Posts – Add or edit news articles or blog posts.
- Pages – Add or edit website pages.
- Media – Upload and manage images and files.
- Term times – Adding school term dates
- Appearance – To edit menus
Toolbar (Top Bar) #
The bar across the top shows shortcuts, including:
- Link to view the website
- Quick access to add new content
- Your profile and logout menu
Main Area #
This central space usually shows:
- Recent activity
- Quick shortcuts
- Notifications (updates, messages, etc.)
Updates #
Sometimes you’ll see notices for plugin, theme, or WordPress updates.
If unsure, check with the web team before updating anything.
